Welcome to a podfic love meme! Specifically, a love meme for all contributors to the podfic community. (ty analise010 for coining that and to yue_ix for the gorgeous art below!) "Contributors" could include but isn't limited: podficcers, audiofic archivists and other infrastructure people, mods, meta writers, cover artists, and betas/cheerleaders.





Some information so that we're all on the same page!

1) Comment with your name if you want to be loved on!
Because some of us have better visibility in some parts of fandom than others, feel free to leave a short bio, links to your social media handles, links to what it is that you do, or whatever context you think is important.

2) Tell us what you want love for.
If you'd rather hear more about your podficcing than your work as an archivist, say so! If you want to hear just about your cover art, say so! If you want to hear about your modding AND your meta AND your podfic, say so! Help us make this as good an experience for you as possible.

3) Let us know if it's okay to befriend you.

I can't type this without crying.

You mean so much to me as a podficcer and a friend. You inspire me to get better, you've taught me how to get better and do things more easily. You are one of the most giving people I know. I would never have had the courage to attempt Big Bang without you.

I cherish every work you have recorded including the ones I know you're not terribly proud of anymore. They are your stepping stones and I revere them. They made you the gifted performer you are today. And I give regular thanks for your mom who inspired you in so many wonderful ways. How lucky you were to have a mom that helped you unlock all this glorious creativity.

You are my regular nighttime voice, the voice I can trust to send me to sleep, who can comfort me on the nights that's just not happening. When I'm in the black headspace I need Tints Verse or Black Parade. When I'm in a better space it might be Run or Killjoys verse. When I want to giggle always ALWAYS Disneyverse! (Not so great for bedtime because, like I said, giggling.) When I know I'm giving myself a lazy Saturday I will often sort and enjoy how each new story unfolds. I'm honored you trusted me to beta so many of these works. It's some of my proudest work in fandom.

I am here for your voice (and the rest of you!) forever. Fandom, fairy tales, not my fandom, could become my fandom - take me where you will. You're worth the leap of faith every time,

I have so much love for your bandom podfics, how could I not, but I also appreciate and love your podfics in smaller (podfic) fandoms like Frozen, Narnia, and Revolutionary Girl Utena. Your bandom podfics are glorious. You are the voice of bandom, to me, honestly. Your Frank voice definitely inspired how I read Frank in the Bandom podfics I've done. You've done such lovely long Bandom podfics and I'm ever appreciative. I got into bandom while working a bad-for-me job and having your long podfics to help get me through was so great. I hear your voice and it always makes me feel better, a pick-me-up or moment of happiness no matter how the rest of my life is going. Thank you. Those podfics are definitely on my re-listen list, I so, so love Happiest Fucking Place on Earth, The Rise & Fall of the Black Parade, and Run. Just wow, you're so great!
