Welcome to a podfic love meme! Specifically, a love meme for all contributors to the podfic community. (ty analise010 for coining that and to yue_ix for the gorgeous art below!) "Contributors" could include but isn't limited: podficcers, audiofic archivists and other infrastructure people, mods, meta writers, cover artists, and betas/cheerleaders.





Some information so that we're all on the same page!

1) Comment with your name if you want to be loved on!
Because some of us have better visibility in some parts of fandom than others, feel free to leave a short bio, links to your social media handles, links to what it is that you do, or whatever context you think is important.

2) Tell us what you want love for.
If you'd rather hear more about your podficcing than your work as an archivist, say so! If you want to hear just about your cover art, say so! If you want to hear about your modding AND your meta AND your podfic, say so! Help us make this as good an experience for you as possible.

3) Let us know if it's okay to befriend you.
With potential full-on bios floating around, we're getting into friending meme territory. If you're open to that, include that somewhere in your comment.

You scooped me up when I'd only made one (1) thing and made m4b files for me, you told me when the podfic exchanges were happening, you shared meta and fic recs with me, you hooked me up with the twitter and DW community... I absolutely wouldn't be the podficcer I am without you.

I can't even tell you how much I love love love your Remus/Sirius podfics. Basically, you are the person who got me into Remus/Sirius as a fannish pairing (hello, The First Few Feet!). I find your podfics so easy to listen to and so packed with feels and I just.... I love them. A LOT.

Oh my, thank you so much! And a shoutout for 'The First Few Feet' as well! That fic was the very first thing I ever wrote for Remus/Sirius and it sits very close to my heart. I can't tell you how much it means to me that it helped to bring you onboard the ship ♥

Hello there! I just found out that you have recorded a bunch of historical podfic! How did I not know this? I obviously went and listened to some immediately. (Of course between you and lunchee I am now surprised whenever I listen to podfic that has no Australians in it.) I definitely wouldn't have tried recording my own, that's for certain, and I wouldn't have a nice catalogue of listening material comprising both your kindly-provided recs, and your own soothing voice!
