Welcome to a podfic love meme! Specifically, a love meme for all contributors to the podfic community. (ty analise010 for coining that and to yue_ix for the gorgeous art below!) "Contributors" could include but isn't limited: podficcers, audiofic archivists and other infrastructure people, mods, meta writers, cover artists, and betas/cheerleaders.





Some information so that we're all on the same page!

1) Comment with your name if you want to be loved on!
Because some of us have better visibility in some parts of fandom than others, feel free to leave a short bio, links to your social media handles, links to what it is that you do, or whatever context you think is important.

2) Tell us what you want love for.
If you'd rather hear more about your podficcing than your work as an archivist, say so! If you want to hear just about your cover art, say so! If you want to hear about your modding AND your meta AND your podfic, say so! Help us make this as good an experience for you as possible.

3) Let us know if it's okay to befriend you.

oh man! i could say so much but i fear it wouldn't be enough. I think all your work is amazing. Like seriously, you're an A+++ podficcer. As a newbie, I really look up to you. You've made podfic for every single fandom i've ever been in <3 I could tell you ALL about how much i love your bandom, mcu, teen wolf, daredevil and even miss fisher podfics, but wow, tsn. It took me way, way, way too long to find your podfic... but once I did, oof. Hearts. Eyes. I promptly went and downloaded everything I could, and I've been parceling it out so I don't go through it all too quickly and run out. I have spent hours (so many hours) in the last few months listening to your gorgeous voice. You've quickly become one of my go-to podficcers, where once I run out of the fandoms I know, I have to mainline canon so that I can listen to more that you've done.

Lots of love for "The Dark is Light Enough" which I think I've only listened to once because it overwhelmed me with feelings and for my very favorite "You So Quite New" and all the different ways you say Teemu, from him putting himself in Paul's phone as TEEEEEEEMU, to Sirpa's voice, to the more anglicized versions. <333

You are the most wonderful. Your voice is beautiful, and your delivery is so nuanced and emotionally poignant, your podfics can make me laugh and tear up and basically have all the feelings. I'm so grateful to have you in my life. You were one of the reasons I got into Bandom, and I've appreciated getting to share so many fandoms with you, Teen wolf and Hockey, and the Raven Cycle, and Yuri on Ice, basically every fandom I've been majorly into in the past four years I've been delighted to share with you. It may be that I get into fandoms because you're there which automatically makes me more interested in that source (...I may have started watching Star Wars Rebels with exmanhater both because she was interested and because I automatically thought 'ooh, knight_tracer is in this fandom, I should give it a shot' when she asked if I was interested).

You've recorded so many amazing podfics I love, like everything you did for The Social Network (another fandom I wouldn't have discovered if not for you!). And of course your Carey Price/PK Suban podfics and your Geno/Sidney podfics from Hockey fandom, the Russian Knitting Circle brought such joy to my life. ^_^ And! WORK BY THE PLUTONIAN LIGHT!!! Have I mentioned how great that podfic is? (so great). Also you totally get points for recording All For the Game fic I listened to before I even knew what that series was (Don't Speak Against the Sun), which was super fun to go back and re-listen to having read the books, like yes! so awesome :D I know I mentioned how much I was loving the Les Mis radio AU while I was listening to it, but it bears repeating because it was so lovely. I wound up actually tearing up towards the end during some of the climactic moments, which wasn't necessarily the best for my costume ironing (I did in fact go from chatting with you to listening to your podfic, you make my life better in so many ways!) And of course you recorded me the most lovely YOI fic for ITPE because you are a delight, Easy on my knees was an instafav and I look forward to relistening to it many times in the future.

You're singing is so wonderful! I love how you sing in some of your podfics, it's completely beautiful.

I can't help smiling listening to your voice. I'm really honored that you've recorded fic I've written too, which I also re-listen to a lot. It's so comforting and cozy to listen to for me (especially the No.6 podfic) Thank you for letting me occasionally drag you into my fandoms, and then producing awesome things that I get to love forever.

No podfic love comment to you would be complete without mentioning how much I love working on collaborative projects with you. Would that we could do more in person!! I'm so glad I got to spend time with you, you are lovely and wonderful and an all around amazing person and I miss your face. I'm pretty sure that there is no way I would have gotten all the way through it just reading (angst isn't really my thing) but you just pulled me in and along. The original we were emergencies podficcer! I am 110% grateful that I can listen to you read me that story (and read it to me so beautifully) so I don't have to listen to myself. But you've done a bunch of other stuff I love too, most recently Easy on my knees! And also Scapulimancy and Searching for the Same Light! I feel you on the not having enough time to podfic front. It's tough when there are things you really want to work on but just can't due to other obligations. I hope some time opens up for you soon. *hugs*

Honestly, your voice has been in my ear for so long! (in the least creepy way. About 5.5 years ago I was in a high risk pregnancy and told to rest as much as much as possible plus I was hooked up o a baby monitor three a week for about an hour. Listening to your fic was a sanity savior. So comforting and well voiced. Two years later I had another pregnancy adn there you were. I was so thankful.

Sea Change was likt a gift from heaven and Closed Fracture are love.
