so here's something we think is pretty awesome, round these parts: people who do things for the joy of doing them. making your very first post to the amplificathon challenge in the final week is pretty much a guarantee that you have no hope of placing, as far as points are concerned, so it's motivated by other things--the desire to be part of the celebration of fandoms and voices, the wish to give something to the community, the bravery to post just to throw in.
