Hello, I'm xwingace, and I have some stories for you.

I mainly write for Doctor Who and Torchwood, but I have a mind for random crossovers, so you might find something of interest there. And beside my main fandom, I write short fics when the inspiration strikes, so on my list you will find fandoms as far apart as Ouran High School Host Club and Life on Mars. I believe there are even some fandoms there that haven't yet been archived. My stories range in length from 400 to about 9000 words, averaging at about 3000.

Ghosts of the Past Life on Mars futurefic -- only not quite. Gen with background Chris/Annie, ~800 words.

In The Eyes of a King Doctor Who, ~600 words, Ten/Reinette from an unusual perspective.

Morning Panic Full Metal Panic! Second Raid post-series. Sousuke/Kaname ~800 words.

A Dance is Just a Dance. Ouran High School Host Club anime. Written as all possible pairings between Haruhi and the other hosts, but could also be read as entirely gen. Sorry, I'm that sort of a writer. :-) It's based on an expansion of a scene in the final episode of the anime, but spoils none of it. ~600 words.

TrustTorchwood/Spooks. Mainly Spooks, actually. ~500 words. I wrote it as Ruth/Harry, but it's very gen-ish. About what you'd see on the show in the first three series between those two.

Unusual Guests Doctor Who/Ouran High School Host Club. ~7300 words. Yeah, this is a long one, but it's an example of how random the crossovers can be. Unfortunately most of the fun crossovers also make up the loooong fics...

Oh, I'd like to try a few-- "In The Eyes of a King", "Judas Kiss", and "Well Met In Sunlight". Possibly a few others too (unfortunately I'm on my way into work and can only skim through them right now but, they all look good-- looking forward to reading your work!)

I think a lot of trouble arises from setting up the merge between the two different worlds. Especially if they don't have an easy overlap. You can't do that *and* have a plot in under 1000 words, at least not very well. :-)

Someone else has just asked to adapt "Hunters and Hunted", so that one is unfortunately taken. But the titles you mentioned are still available. Good luck with those.
