Giving a talk about podfic: what should i say?

Hi there! In my enthusiasm at discovering that I would actually be in the UK at the same time as the nine worlds geekfest, i may have volunteered to give a wee talk thing on podficcing, as part of the fanfic stream.

Um.

So, I know how and why I podfic, but I'd like to give a more rounded and helpful introduction, and suddenly I'm wondering who the hell I thought I was to jump in there as some kind of expert, when I'm terribly out of the loop and only know what I do anyway. Anybody got any thoughts on what I should include/cite/explain, in the capacity of person-who's-representing-our-artform?

(Would it be inappropriate to make a wee q'aire about your thoughts/experiences/preferences/tech /methods etc?)

Basically: help me, Obiwan Kepodficcers, you're my only hope!

Um, hi. I'm actually going to nine worlds and am a fairly new-ish podficcer if you want any help actually on the day? When are you scheduled to talk? (If nothing else I feel like we should at least meet up and say hi!)
