I am quite certain that the text of this story is not nearly as good as you make it sound as though it is, and as a writer there's nothing more that could possibly be hoped from a podfic than that :) You did such a fantastic job, thank you so much for taking the time to record this! I enjoyed it very much.

Glad you liked it! :D :D I must confess that I've never really liked Jane Austen, despite several tries at reading various of her novels. I'm more of a Dickens girl, myself. Sadly there isn't much Dickens fic out there--probably because in most cases Dickens already wrote everything himself. Still, anyone who can rec me Dickens femslash will have my undying devotion and podfic if at all possible.

I just listened to this, and enjoyed it immensely. Thank you! Great reading. I particularly liked how you differentiated Milverton's and the lady's voices - the rest of the voices too, of course!
