Request: male voices

Hi, all you wonderful mods, readers and reviewers on amplificathon! Do any of you know of ANY podfic read by male readers? I have been a member here for a while now, but I have yet to hear a male voice.

I am primarily interested in slash-fics (m/m, or rather Mmmm-hm!), but all kinds of fandoms and ratings are deeply appreciated. (I have listened to volunteered readings by males from LibriVox, but as you know, fanfics are a different realm than regular public domain-literature.)

I am unsure if kinseyx is a guy or just has a very deep voice. I know people have mistaken candle_beck for male due to her deep voice.

I can tell you that one of my best friends who is male is PLANNING on recording some podfic, but he hasn't released any yet. I'll let you know when he does?

Thank you, I'll check those out! And please let me know if your best friend makes any. (I have a tame male friend myself, that I'm prodding and pushing gently in this direction. XD Lets hope we succeed.)

There was at least one guy who recorded one or possibly two SGA McKay/Shepperd fics, but they were years ago (maybe four years?) so I'm afraid I have no clue what his name was, or even which fics they were. Sorry it's not very helpful. But I do remember at least one guy recording at least one SGA fic.

One podficcer who has a McShep podfic is doccy his (I believe it's a he) other podfic is in highlander. The McShep fic is awesome: before and after, posted back in 2008 which is almost 4 years ago. It's notable for his awesome Radek accent, as well as being a lovely reading of a sweet story.

Most of the Old Spice Anthology was read by a guy, stargate_sg1sg1. Also Out Damn'd Spot (American Idol, Kris/Adam) by 4nu815.

Yeah, Old Spice had a set of amusing commercials with an Old Spice Man. That's what those fics are based on :)

Oh. My. GUH! To work with Mister G.Q himself on a podfic would be so epic! It'd have to be a fandom we both knew (he will be disappoint, as that limits us to Cthulhu, Alice in Wonderland, and Potter. ... And My Little Ponies...) But what a dream, since we never got to act together in school.

Actually... actually, there is this *one* thing that started as a bit of fun on weepingcock but the concept was so marvelous that I fell for it. How do you feel about people handing you plot bunnies, for one thing. Second, how familiar are you with the concept of Cthulhu cults?
