Alright, so. I made the mistake of downloading this last night and starting to listen to it before I crawled into bed (at a really late hour already). At 2AM I finally managed to force myself to turn it off and the first thing I did in the morning was press play so that I could listen while getting ready for work. THIS IS AMAZING. Thank you so much for introducing me to a story I probably never would have come across if not for your help.

I don't know how you guys managed to organize this multi-reader format, but it really worked. I loved listening to new voices announcing the news, giving interviews, etc. And I think I seriously got the chills during the Queens' Proclamation. You all did such a great job!

My gratitude especially to you, pandarus, because you have such an incredibly pleasant voice to listen to. You're one of my top three favorite podficcers for good reason. Geez, it's getting to the point where I don't care if your podfic are in a fandom I'm familiar with: my immediate compulsion is to download. I don't know if I've said this to you before or not (I'm a lousy commenter), but thanks so much for all your hard work!

Oh, man, thank you so much! I'm delighted that the format worked for you - it was such a thrill, getting to hear all those different voices from all over the world as people sent in their sections. And, yeah, listening to the queens totally gave me chills too! They were so badass and resolute! Listening to all the voices from all over the world at the start gave me such a rush of "GO TEAM FANDOM!!!"

Thank you kindly! I'm delighted that you enjoyed it - but I'm afraid I don't presently have any intention of reading the sequel; I've got a Podfic To Do List that's quite scarily long at this point, since my fannish productivity took a nosedive between the death of my father and the thrilling civil unrest (snipers in the street, grenades, fun fun fun) in my home city - and presently I'm on a writing kick rather than a podficcing kick - and when I DO get back to podficcing, I've got at least half a dozen I've already committed to.

...er, sorry, that's probably TMI. So, tl;dr version - not ruling it out, but have NO plans to do so in the foreseeable future, so anyone else who's eager to read it should certainly jump in there!
