I think something might be wrong with your upload. I dl'd again, same results. I even uninstalled my software and started from scratch. Same results. I'll listen to see what the 'book sounds like, but that will take a while. :-(

Argh, I spoke too soon. It was the file, but I've got another version that seems okay, so I'm uploading it now. I don't know how to tell if a file is corrupted without zipping it and then unzipping it (and I'm not sure that's the way to do it, either, but I caught the first file that way). I knew there was a reason I uninstalled Audacity beta...

There's definitely a problem with your first file. I opened up another sound app and built another mp3 from yours, and it only came out 21 minutes long instead of 34+. The second file came out fine.

Could you check the bad file and reupload? If you do, I'll rebuild the 'book and replace the short one.

I loved the way you have completed the Sherlock Holmes audio fic, Katie is a
wonderful author and you have more than done her work proud. The combination of your two unique talents is something dreams are made of.
