Title: Fast Car (So We Can Fly Away)
Author: space_raider182
Reader: cookiemom6067
Fandom: Supernatural
Pairing: Sam/Dean
Warnings: wincest, alcoholism, child neglect/abuse
Rating: R for language, angst, sexual situations, weecest dialogue
Summary: Dean's got a fast car. Sam's always had a plan to get them out of here.
An AU look at the boys growing up in the Impala
Reader's Notes: Tracy Chapman's Fast Car is a haunting song, not only for its ubiquitous guitar strain throughout, but also for the glimpse into the life of the narrator, the child of an alcoholic, who feels trapped in a situation until she meets someone with a fast car. I have always loved the song for those reasons, but had not applied any of the lyrics to the Winchesters.

Date: 2010-01-18 01:13 pm (UTC)I want to post a corrected part of Woobie part I and also someone pointed out an error in Fast Car. What is the best way to go about getting the "right" versions out there?
Also, what are the requirements (dimensions, tags, etc) that are needed to do a cover? The artist that is working with me on one of my upcoming podfics has never done one, although she's done tons of banners and so forth.

Date: 2010-01-18 04:03 pm (UTC)I personally prefer square covers as they look best in iTunes and the text is most visible. To fill the art area completely, 3 in X 3 in at 72dpi is good. The only tag I use for covers is the artist's name (Cover Artist) under the Composer tag in iTunes Everyone does tagging their own way, though.
