So I'm about an hour into this, and I *know* I should wait until the end to comment, but honestly I cannot hold it in anymore. I want to shout from the rooftops how much I love your reading of this. Your John voice, in particular, while I have no idea how it compares to the actor in the show (which I have never seen), has made me fall so very much in love. And your rhythm, the way it's not totally smooth but has all these lovely little hesitations that add character to the sentences... it's so YES to me, so exactly the kind of thing I like.

I almost didn't listen to this podfic because I had my volume turned up too loud when I started it and the background hiss seemed too loud to hear through, but I am so glad I did, because of course once I turned it down a bit and got into the story I didn't even notice it anymore. And now this (so far) has become my absolute *favorite* SGA podfic, in terms of performance. And I am so excited! CAN YOU TELL? It is so exciting to find new readers who fit exactly with the sort of style I like to listen to. And you do, it's beautiful, it's perfect, I love it, gush gush gush etc.

So I can tell I will be listening to a lot more from you, and you will probably hear from me again.

This - I can't really articulate how this made me feel when I received notification of the comment; it's so rare to get feedback for podfic, and such generous feedback! I'm so delighted you liked listening to the fic, and I hope you'll like the readings I do from now on better considering I've finally replaced my hideous mic and now there's considerably less background hiss.

God, my heart was all squeezed up in my chest for about the last hour of this podfic, I enjoyed it so much.
