Title: A Deeper Season
Author: Sahiya and Lightgetsin
Reader: Rhea314
Fandom: Miles Vorkosigan
Pairing: Miles/Gregor
Rating: PG-13
Warnings: This is an AU, if events had zigged rather than zagged. It begins directly post Memory, though for reasons of convenience and, well, the airy possibilities of fanfiction, Laisa never happened.
Summary: Take one Miles, a hapless cousin, Cetagandan social politics, a galactic conspiracy, a scientific discovery, a lot of firepower, and an unexpected declaration. Mix well and step back quickly.

The podfic is downloading incredibly slowly. Unless it picks up, I may not be able to get the 'book done until tomorrow.

On a brighter note, I did work up a cover:

Let me know if you like it!

Part 1 was threatening to take 24 hours, but its done now and I'm downloading Part 2. I'll get to work compiling the first part. :-)

I love the Miles Vorkosigan books, but I've never read any fan fic for it before. When I saw your mp3 post I couldn't resist. I'm really enjoying both the story and your reading of it! Is it too soon to ask if you'll be recoring any more Miles stories??

I love your reading of the awesome A Deeper Season! The production values may not be quite professional, but in some ways your reading was better than many professionals. I'd recently been listening to the audiobook of Bujold's Curse of Chalion, and while it was fine in most ways, I was annoyed by the reader's putting "he thought" in all the time--and then when I listened to you, I thought, "See! _That's_ how to read internal verbalization without the slightest confusion!" I look forward eagerly to hearing What Passing Bells. Thank you for these audio versions of great fanfic.

I just started A Deeper Season at work today, and it made my day ever so much better. I'm quite enjoying it, and I look forward to finishing it and listening to the rest of the 'verse.
