You realize I'm talking about compiling your podfic(s) into a podbook, right? This just adds a cover, makes it automatically bookmarkable, and, for those with iTunes, moves it out of the Music folder and into a separate Audiobooks folder where it won't be seen or heard when browsing or listening to songs. It also then automatically shows up in an Audiobooks playlist on an iPod.

i only have one spn fanfic that i wrote ...i was thinking of rewriting it and recording it but i haven't yet... not really sure if i could pull it off
i got loads of andromeda fic but also none recorded. I kind of got out of writing fanfic to write original fic

i have thought about writing a new spn one.. i got a bit of a plot bunny for one. we'll have to see though

Oh, me too! I wrote a bit in several fandoms over the years, but nothing since the mid 90's. Muse up and died.

Making the podbooks is fun, though. I'm learning photoshop, and it's the first really creative thing I've done in years.

I was just writing you to say, OOPS, actually.

I really shouldn't try to do more than one thing at a time; my attention span is way too short and I get derailed too easily. So, I had a lovely conversation with parisindy, but yes, it was you I was aiming the podbook comment to. Duh. Confusion is my middle name, unfortunately.

So, yes! May I? Supernatural owns me bigtime, and I'd love to make a 'book of this podfic if you'd like. I can either make a cover for it, or if you have a pic you'd like me to use, I can make a cover from that.

Again, sorry for the confusion. My friends laugh at me all the time for stuff like this.

Ha, ha, attention spans are overrated anyway. :) Oh, please, go ahead an podbook away! As for the cover, actually, I lack artistic abilities. But I asked Lyra, and she always imagined using the cover of American Gods, as seen here (http://www.thealmightyguru.com/Reviews/AmericanGods/Images/AmericanGods-Hard.jpg), but with the fanfic information instead. That would be wonderful, if you could do something like that.

Okay--that was fun! I modified the shape of the book cover to suit the square CD cover space in iTunes. If you want changes, just let me know; they're easy to make.

I'm about to go to bed, and I won't be back online until mid-day tomorrow. If you like the cover, may I post the 'book to podslash and motelwincest, with links back to this post and Lyra's text? Of course, I'll also send you two the link to DL.
