Podfic project management (basic)

I made myself a spreadsheet the other day to help me remember all the steps I want/need/would like to complete when I put a podfic out in the world. You can see a first entry there where I talk about it a little, and then I posted a second time with a link to a publicly available blank version of the sheet, talking about it a bit more.
Just in case you're not interested in clicking through to read my posts (totally understandable), here's a direct link to the spreadsheet on GDocs. You can easily create a copy of the file in your own Gdocs to start using it (File > make a copy).
Feedback is welcome, and if you make interesting changes or additions to your version, I hope you'll consider sharing that back with us!
