Welcome to the third annual podfic love meme! This love meme is dedicated to all contributors to the podfic community. "Contributors" could include, but is not limited to: podficcers, audiofic archivists and other infrastructure people, mods, meta writers, cover artists, and mentors, betas, and cheerleaders. Shout out to yue_ix for allowing us to use their exquisite art below once again.



Some information to start -

I love the way you jump into so many challenge enthusiastically. Your covers are *chef's kiss*. I'm Yue_ix here on DW, yue_ix on Ao3, where I join fests and post mostly fanarts, some fics, and few podfics. My main interractions with podfics is through making cover art, commenting, betaing and cheerleading.

My public podfic-related Twitter is loonhowl where I pimp fests and post podfic (and other audio things) recs. I used to have a tumblr but got half-banned for NSFW content and now it's a mess. Oops.

In late 2018 I created a podfic-themed Discord group called Podfichat (this is an invite link! Please feel free to check it out). It is mostly modded my the absolutely wonderful Arioch and all the members are fantastic.

Your acting is poignant and wonderful. It transposes us into scenes in yhe twist of a sentence, the catch in a word.

Also, your musical sense is through the roof! You know so many songs, in such a broad range of styles and genres. Your enormous library is only surpassed by your magical ability to sparse their moods and tones, and use them expertly in your own podfics and fanmixes, or reccomend them to people in #music. It is all hella impressive.

I'm momo, aka momotastic27, momotastic27 and momopods. I used to be better about reccing things, but I do my best to put together compilations whenever someone asks for one, usually up on thatswhatmomotasticlikes. I'm German, living in Germany, fluent in German and English, and currently attempting to master Russian. (That last one is new and very much a work in progress!) Fandom

I create podfic and cover art. I have a deep love for sound effects and the use of music in podfics. I love a handful of tropes - all of which will be very obvious to anyone browsing my catalogue. I'm proud to have kept up a streak of posting at least one podfic per week since the middle of January. I co-host a podcast about BBC's Merlin - it's called Merlisten.
Outside of podfic/podcast fandom, I also sometimes write fic.

I took a look at some of your more recent works and cover arts, and I gotta say, all of the following are amazing for their own reasons:

One (That just looks so awesome! Did you do anything to the base images or is the different colour levels thing something you found like this?)
Two (Love the transition between desert and lush forest!)
Three (The colours are stunning in this.)
