I struggled with an idea for a theme for this rec list for a really long time...and then went with my original idea...Opposites!



Long: Four (or Five) Reasons for Kidnapping Tony Stark performed by Hananobira
Fandom: Avengers, Pairings: Steve Rogers/Tony Stark, Clint Barton/Phil Coulson, Length: about 9hrs

Hananobira gives us over nine hours of recording here. Nine hours! Nine hours of awesome. I love the whole series, actually, but this one is particularly engrossing. Trust me, you’ll wish that it was a couple of hours longer, so the end would be that much farther away.

Fandom: Sherlock BBC, Pairings: hinted Sherlock/John, Length: about 18 minutes

This podfic contains two things that I love: Outside POVs on the main characters and full on hilarity. No, really. I have listened to this one several times, and it’s still funny. The delivery is amazing. If you are even remotely in Sherlock fandom, give this one a try.

New: Sleeping in fluffy piece by Sly_hostetter
Fandom: Skyfall, Pairing: James Bond/Q, Length: about 3.5 minutes

Sly’s podfic is generally awesome, but this one is especially wonderful. The topic is warm sleepiness, and everything from the music to her reading gives you that feeling. Purrrr.

Old: My Eyes are an Ocean by alchemynerd
Fandom: Supernatural, Pairing: Dean/Castiel, Length: about 1.5 hours

I love Dean/Castiel getting together stories. This one has been around for a while, but it remains one of my favorites. Alchemynerd’s Dean voice is fab.
