Consciences were for people who didn't have days till a game. Kaner grabbed two cookies, just for good measure, and shoved one into his mouth.
Right there, from the very beginning, you had me hooked. Your straight and matter-of-fact take on Kaner and his basic failure as a human being is spectacular.
