I have a strong tendency to lurk, but I couldn't resist the chance to rant about how awesome podfics are. I don't even know what I would do without all the awesome people in fandom who tell stories for us.

I couldn't decide on a theme for my recs, so I thought I'd do two, one from the prompts and one of my own.

Okay, first of all: like (it seems) a lot of people on here, I have mostly lurked, but that's true of most of my small amount of time on LJ the last year or so. I wanted to do this because I owe silly amounts of fb when I can string the words together, but hopefully the rec posts I'm making will help me work out what to say to show appreciation.
