Great podfic

Thanks for doing this fic. I absolutely loved your reading of it. I have to admit you read a bit quickly for me, it takes a lot of concentration to follow by sections, but at the same time it really mirrors Clint's headspace where thoughts never stop. I love how you slow down and lower your voice for some sentences, the most heart-breaking ones, the repetition, the "twice" parts. To give you an idea, I listened to this podfic twice in a row because I loved it so much. Any chance you will be doing the rest of the Mindset series?

Thank you so much, this was lovely feedback to receive - it's good to know that I might be going a little too fast. I'll be sure to watch my pacing more carefully on my next one; I've been trying to tighten things up a bit on my more recent podfics because I feel like in the past I've been pacing my reading too slow, but it sounds like I may have gone a bit overboard. /o\ I'm glad you enjoyed it anyways (enough to listen to it twice in a row, wow *___*)! I'm actually in the process of recording the second fic in the series right now, and I hope you'll give it a try when it's posted! <3

Don't worry, the pacing wasn't such an issue to the enjoyment of the podfic, I got used to it. I should also specify that I'm not a native english speaker, so I might not be representative of every listener out there. I wanted to add that I'm currently listening to Professions by gqgqqt (I LOVE the fact that we seem to have the same favourite authors in this fandom...!) and the pacing is perfect :) My own two cents, anyway.
And \o/ for working on Mindset!! Yay!

Oh, good! I'm very glad you're enjoying Professions - Jey and qt are both such exceptional writers, and have produced some of my favorite stories in all of Avengers fandom. <3 I'll probably be making podfic rounds through their fics for a long while to come...
