I understand how you feel, but unfortunately I don't have the story in text form. I read directly from my screen, generally, and don't download or print stories in most cases. I would suggest maybe posting an "ask" on the Generation Kill Comm http://generation-kill.livejournal.com. Maybe someone there has a copy they'd be comfortable sharing, or even knows the user who wrote it. Best of luck to you.
