Crossover tagging question

Most posters do not bother to use the post:crossover tag, so I'm forever adding it. However, in the Archive there is no crossover tag, and podfics are tagged only with each fandom involved.

How do you guys feel about dropping the crossover tag here as well?

Seems it is a 'thon thing according to Phela. Will keep it going here while the challenge is on, then not bother for the rest of the year or on LJ. :-)

Anything that lessens my workload is fine by me!

Dual fandom tags works just as well as a crossover tag for me, the crossover tag seems kinda unnecessary! *tosses two cents in!*

I find it confusing, as well, as it often applies to a single podfic in a multiple podfic post and doesn't really indicate which fandoms are involved.

I never realised there was one, so I don't mind if it goes away.
