Yeahhhhhhhhhh......I had already started recording by the time idyll mentioned that it'd been done twice already.....and by that point, I just didn't want to stop. This is definitely not the first time I've gotten carried away by the podficcing spirit; I guess I really should start checking to see if people have already gotten there first ;-)

I just.... I really like the streaming option that boxnet has (I was hesitant at first, but have since been swayed to the streaming side of the Force), but boxnet keeps having all these hangups and not letting people actually download. And, in the face of my techo-illiteracy, I'm not sure what to do about it :-(

So, I listened to your version of "Far Far Away" while on vacation... delightful! To be honest, I'm pretty sure I enjoyed it better than my own version (I tend to get really sleepy or really nit-picky when listening to my own - this could have a different intonation, that should have had a different pause - so, hearing other people read stories I like is just about always better for me.)

"A Summer Day..." was one of a very few stories that actually got me choked up while I was reading it aloud (usually, I can get choked up the first time, but then know the emotional upheaval is coming and avoid it while reading aloud.... Not so much, this time. There were very nearly tears.)
