I know what you mean about "great taste in fic"--that was one thing that turned me on so much when I first started listening to audiofic, the cool thing about Juice817--she was forever recording stories that I already loved, or knew that I would love. Soon just the fact that she'd recorded a story became as good as a rec for me.
