I downloaded this because I'm a sucker for epic podfic...I sw this was 9 hours and I just had to download it. It didn't hurt that it was in a fandom I was familiar with...

And you know what? This was amazing! It was my first Dean/Castiel story (I'm not exactly completely caught up with SPN canon, actually) and I loved it.

You did such a wonderful job with the reading. You have a lovely voice and a fantastic reading style, heartfelt without being rushed. I love the subtle differences you gave to all the different character voices.

The fic in itself was top-notch, but I truly think your reading made it so much better.

Looking at your tag on the archive I realised you are quite a prolific reader and this filled me with squee. I'm off to download more of your stuff.

Man, this podfic of yours is frickin' fantastic! I loved it so darn much, I've been listening to it this whole week and wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed it. Your voice distinction was subtle, but clear throughout - I always knew whether it was Dean or Castiel speaking, from the attitude and the intonation. My favorite bit: the way you have Dean growl that to Uriel about how he's about to "cut a bitch". Kind of hilarious. Your sound quality was excellent and I didn't hear any recording errors -any!- over 9 plus hours, which is frankly amazing. I also liked how you maintained consistent vocal energy throughout the work - got to be hard to do for so many hours of recording. All told, excellent storytelling! Looking forward to hearing more of your stuff...

This is hands down the best fanfiction I've read in a very, very long time. Maybe the best fanfiction I've ever read, and I've read many. Please make an audiobook of the sequels, too! I love being able to relax anywhere in the house with my iPod and some brilliant fanfic. That said, I also love exmanhater's reading (my favourite so far!) and, again, I would be beyond happy to be able to listen to the sequels, too. So glad there even is a sequel. When I was done listening I actually felt a little lost, like after having read a really good book and you feel like you're never gonna find anything like it again. So, keep it up! Thanks for the lovely time I had with this, I loved it all the way through. Destiel is my absolute OTP and I can only pray/hope Season 7 won't 'destroy' it. ^^
