If it's a fusion, the fandom the characters are fused over isn't counted. If it's a crossover, it is.

Okay I'm pretty sure it's more fusion esque. I'll edit my points. Should I change the tags too? Because from what I understand the universe reflects oz pretty well (I haven't seen it either lol) but there are no actual characters from oz in it.
