So, I mentioned to Xen that I was thinking of recording this, and she said "you should put the music in! I can help!" And so she did, and dudes, she made it like, 100% better. Scattered through the recording are snippets of the music Arthur and Eames play and sing. She even made up Arthur's recital programme! If you'd like to download the podmix it is here.

I really hope you'll give the music version a try, as we both worked hard on it and I think it really enhances the story. However, if you have trouble with music in podfics you can find a non-music version here Please right click to DL. I will say though, that most of the music is not under the speech if that is what causes problems.

I really enjoyed this! I don't think I've listened to anything of yours before, since we don't seem to overlap much fandom-wise, but this seemed like it could be listened to without knowing the fandom. Plus, I was really curious about how the music would work. And I think the music worked really well! It added a lot to the reading, since the story is so much about music. And I liked your reading a lot, too--your voice just felt like a natural part of the story, somehow.
