Oh, wow. This cover is both awesome and creep. I keep looking at the faces, and my eyes are like, "See, look, their noses line up!", but my brain's all, "But the rest of them doesn't!" - so, altogether, awesome. And creepy. Thanks for making it!

Hahaha. Yeah, that was semi-on purpose. I wanted to get a pic that would fully line up, but David just WAS NOT COOPERATING, and refused to be photographed standing in the right post XD So I looked at the above pic, and was like, "I could make this work." I purposefully futzed with it until the nose & lips lined up, and the hairlines and chins kind of line up, so when you look at JUST THE FACE it kind of works as a split...but then you back up and look at the rest of it and it doesn't line up at all, lol. If you want to get deep about it, you could say that it represents the way Meredith doesn't feel she fits into the male, "Rodney" version of her body. Or you could just be like, "Bess didn't have the patience to find the perfect pic." So. Yes. XD There's my process on this cover.

I'm gonna go even deeper, and attribute the jarring sensation evoked while viewing this cover as your way of interpreting the average fangirl's visceral reaction to genderswap fics and their specific mirroring of gender politics in the workplace.
