Hard to believe that ^that turned into the hotass we know and love today, huh? I do wonder if anyone's ever brought a picture from that photoshoot (or maybe other equally embarrassing ones taken during his soap days) for him to sign at a con?

I smiled so hard when I saw your response - seriously, I had a blast recording and reading this fic, and there were multiple moments of "crap, gotta stop the tape, can't have giggles in the podfic" while editing it....

...a wonderful time listening even though I wrote the original...
I'm really glad that my rendition worked for you. I mean, it's always really great to hear from strangers that they enjoyed the podfic, but to hear from the author something like this....well, if I were the Grinch I'd say my heart grew at least a size and a half ;-)

As for the song choice: when I was imagining Jared and Jensen's touching reunion scene, aside from poorly suppressed sexual tension, I thought there'd be a bucketload of awkward hand-wringing and fidgety twitching- which made this song the perfect accompaniment to their conversation!
