I have a midterm in a few hours, and yet I've been spending the morning getting this ready to upload. I'm clearly a bad student. But on the bright side, I come bearing podfic! Many thanks to the lovely whiskyrunner for letting me play in her world.

I think you've slightly underestimated the length of your podfic--it looks like it's 1 minute 10 seconds instead of 1:08:20. ;-)

And thank you SO MUCH for the voice and pacing compliments! Honestly, I speed talk in person all the time, so this is probably a good exercise for me. And I'm ever so pleased that people like the sound of my voice!

Delicious! ♥ Your sobbing/desperate Eames voice broke me and at one moment I actually started to cry despite the fact that I was in a bus full with people, really liked your voice!

Thank you so much for the comment! Oop -- sorry to make you cry on the bus, although I'm very pleased that my interpretation of the story had such an impact on you. (I have totally done the same thing, too, in the same location, so don't worry about it too much. ;) ) I'm very glad that the Eames!voice didn't come off sounding too hammy; it seems to have come off the way I intened. :D

I listened to this during a long drive I took this past weekend. I hadn't read the story previous to hearing you read it and I was truly blown away. Not only with the story - which is truly amazing - but your reading of it was truly breathtaking!

Your Eames (damaged, broken, confused) just made my heartache and I was totally crying while listening to this! You did such an amazing job with ALL of the characters but I loved your Eames the most! LOVED!

It's a great story, and I was so stoked to be able to share an interpretation. Thank you for the compliments to my Eames!voice!! I really felt that getting his voice right was integral to the emotional impact of the story, and I'm glad that it was effective. (It sounds kind of morbid, but it makes me extremely happy that my telling of this story made enough of an impact on you to make you cry. Thank you for telling me that. <3)
