Thank you so much! Both songs are by Laura Cantrell -- I bought a CD of hers solely because I thought I remembered the name from Columbia U's radio station (aka the Blowtorch of the Northeast) and their fine country and bluegrass shows. (In fact it was the same Laura Cantrell.)

I was strongly influenced by seeing "Eat Pray Love," which had soundtrack songs so very on the nose that I found it annoying and a little insulting. So I decided to go for feel and tone rather than a lyrical match.
