I seem to remember that someone has compiled a comprehensive list of authors who have given blanket permission to record, but I can't remember where it is.
Thanks! I knew I'd seen a post on it recently. I've asked a favorite author about blanket permission, so I wanted to know where to link it if she says okay. :-)
Oh it would be awesome to pass that info onto me if the author gives blanket permission. However, I've been making sure to link to where the author gave the permission (I've had some authors tell me in person, or in email, but I don't add them unless they've written it publicly somewhere) so a link is necessary before I add them (which it sounds like you were planning on doing, but I figured I'd clarify for anyone else reading this :)
It links back to author permission where ever I could find it :) Mostly through the blanket posts here in amplificathon and a poll malnpudl had on her LJ, however I also have it pointed to journal/AO3 profiles, sticky posts, comments left on that post, etc.
It is pretty up-to-date though since I only made it a week or so ago and have already updated it a couple times. :) The date of the last update is listed at the bottom of the post.
Sorry, I hadn't meant at all that it *only* links to the poll and the amplificathon posts (obviously I know better, since I gave you my blanket permission statement to link to), but I realize I wasn't very clear.
It is, however, the post cybel had been looking for, so.
Cool, I just felt I should clarify, especially for anyone that might see it later and want to add their names to the list that they don't have to do it here on amplificathon first. :)
Also, it's happy making to know that people find the list useful :D
the one here on amplificathon still gets comments, and is now (as of this morning) linked at the top of the lj and prominently on the dw. :) the lj & dw versions are not identical, of course. and there are plenty of authors who have put transformation!yay! statements in their lj/dw/ao3 profiles, userpages on fanlore, and personal fic websites.

Date: 2010-08-15 06:27 pm (UTC)I think it links to the ones here on amplificathon, and also to someone's poll? AFAIK, it is the most comprehensive and up-to-date list. :)

It's also mirrored on LJ here.
