The comm does seem to have all of the requests (and their fills) tagged in a delicious account, and I went through it and couldn't find the stories. Maybe they weren't from the kink meme, but some other meme? Google search didn't net me anything, either, frustratingly. Though maybe they've been deleted, who knows. :(

I tried similar tactics. Google failed. I didn't try the delicious account, but I went through the several LJ comms for listing fills/requests and didn't find them. However, sometimes things fall through the cracks on the meme, particularly one as large has Hetalia. I corroborated with a friend that they did originally come from the kink meme, but that doesn't really help, and we could both be wrong. Thanks for looking!
