I listened to this, and two things came to mind:

1) I *love* your voice & your reading style.

2) I've recorded podfic, but this is the first time someone else has recorded one of my stories. Someone once told me that a podfic version of one of her stories I recorded made her fall in love with her story again. I now understand what she meant by that. Thank you so much!

Hearing that quite honestly means the world to me. I'm ridiculously self concious about speaking and especially English, heck I'd been more or less fluent in English for five years before I ever dared open my mouth in front of a native speaker. (I'm still half convinced I only passed intonation and pronunciation because the teacher felt sorry for me. The oral exam ended with me litterally bangin my head on the desk in desperation and then followed by walking into a wall because I was distracted by the mental trauma I'd just suffered through... ^^;) And... the point being, you just completely made my day (and probably also the whole of next week at the least).

Besides the story was a joy to read. The flow of it kind of fit with the way I read.

And oh, podbook. Shiny.
