I'm starting to go back through some of my earlier podfics and if I can adapt them to be in a non music format, I'm editing them and reposting in the non music version.

The download page comes up but when I click on the Mb4 link a page comes up that says Web page not found.

But the download link you put here in this post works. ? Is it just my computer? I'm posting the audio book link in tspodfic, so I guess I'll just put in the actual link along with the page.

Weird. The DL link from the link page initiates download fine for me. :-(

I added this information to the post at ASR3, and for me, the download link on the entry page doesn't come up , but the direct link does. I put both in there, with a note that while it didn't work for me, it is working for other people. Anyway, with the dirct link there and working, it should be fine.

Maybe ask another mod to click on it and see, just out of curiousity?

Hey, are you absolutely sure you refreshed the page before trying the link? The only thing I can think is that you're stuck on the pre-fixed version of the page.

You are a genius, and win the Internet. That was it. Funny, I don't know why it wouldn't have gone to the more recent page, since I've closed Lj a bunch of times and even went to the Audio Fic Archive and and tried it from there. But I hit refresh and it works for me now, both from this entry and and on the link I copied to ASR3.

I don't know what's up, but maybe you have a setting somewhere to load the most recently cached version of a page rather than reloading it? Or maybe it's just magic.

Anyway, next time a page acts wonky, you can try reloading it. :-)
