Date: 2009-12-26 04:17 pm (UTC)Though, if I may offer some concrit? A few of the soundbits are rather loud in comparison to your voice, so it takes some concentration to understand what you're saying. Maybe you could tone them down a bit next time? Then again, I'm not a native speaker, so it might just be that I need less distraction to catch all the words. :)

Date: 2010-01-13 01:39 am (UTC)ETA: oh yeah - the sound-effects were cool too, but like lavvyan, tone down the volume slightly I think for the best effect. But they were still cool!

Date: 2010-01-25 02:46 pm (UTC)Elayna is working on the next part of the 'verse. She graciously gave me a sneak preview, and it is WONDERFUL. I can't wait to record it when it's done.
I will be posting both a correction (especially in part 1, the sound was slightly out of sync, so louder than I originally intended it to be, and also, well, too loud - I about jumped out of MY skin on the ice skating music, and I knew it was coming!) and a "no effects" version that will keep the beginning and end themes, but take out the scene setups. Watch the comm in late February!

Date: 2010-09-15 05:25 pm (UTC)I listened to Woobie-verse yesterday, in what pretty much counts as a single sitting. Gorgeous. It is such a happy-place fic (which I hadn't read before), and the way you read it was awesome. I especially liked how John handled coming out, and not coming out, and Ronon, and all those uncomfortable situations. And aside from being truly jumpy about the noise of the sander, the music and such worked well.
(Being weird, replying to another thread, but this way you'll get a comment notice.)

Ratz - nobody's gonna pay me to podfic....guess I'll have to keep on keepin' on and make time for podfic when I can.
I do feel bad about not doing as much as I wanted to do. I'm looking forward to podbang!
