To the amazing mods of this exchange: Thank You for your devotion to fandom in general and audiofic in particular. Not only am I relishing the prospect of an outpouring of longfic in audioform for my own consumption, but I wouldn't have stepped up and tried it myself if not for you, and it has been a wonderful experience.
To the receiver of my Podbang gift, who must of course remain nameless for another day or two: I hope that my offering gives you half as much enjoyment as I got from making it. I really appreciated the breadth of your request, because it let me be creative. The freedom to choose was awesome, and I hope I haven't colored too far outside the lines!
To the wonderful person who is making a Podbang gift for me: Thank you! I can hardly wait to hear it, whichever fandom, pairing, or genre you chose. I love podfic, and I have special places in my life where it sees me through. I'm looking forward to going to that magical place with your creation.

Date: 2009-12-20 07:30 pm (UTC)And that's the gift that keeps on giving, because it's going to make my winter commute so much better to have so many longfics. I just finished listening to one that lasted me an entire week, 2 hours per day, and I was so sad to have it come to an end. I can't wait to download a million fics!
