The tone you kept was good, it sounded like the words, Ianto doesn't care about anything much anymore, and it sounds in your voice. I also like the tone near the end, it rises with the hope of the entry. Yay for the one who gave him the hope.

During the fic, it also sounded like at times you were trying to keep your composure, keep from crying, which added to the diary entry :)
