And I get what you mean, in a way - I was delighted, getting to play Dean Winchester for podfic! (though most of the stuff I recorded never ended up posted, and I stopped, cause editing is too hellish a hell for e)
I don't actually know POI - but yay podfic and yay women/femal character! Cool that you would record something for a fandom you are less invested in!
