hello all!

as you know, the audiofic archive is kept running by a team of amazing volunteer archivists and other helpers!

we're looking for help with newly defined role: a volunteer coordinator. The role would basically mean serving as trainer and point of contact & support for all our archivists, while keeping an eye on the general workload and assuring stuff doesn't get missed. They will also recruit new archivists & potentially also help us create other positions in the archive.

This role would NOT include any regular archiving. (this is important - if the coordinator is also doing regular archiving, they wind up taking on too much). This position will be joining general_jinjur and aphelant as one of three non-archiving roles - jinjur is archive tech/stability, aphelant is archive communications/communities. (That said, all three roles still do a little archiving, just not on a regular/assigned basis.)
