I assume the OP used Word and the curly quotes when pasted turn into double quotes, which is what's messing you up. If you c&p the link, you can just pull out the proper url.
(It happened in my post in a couple of places I had forgotten to change the quotes, which is why I'm pretty sure that's what happened :)
