Jensen, being awesome, decides to plan a super secret, surprise party and is sneaky about it. Jared, in his overworked delirium, thinks Jensen is cheating on him and angsts about it. Cue Jared blow up/break down in front of everyone, followed by schmoopy make up kissing and cuddles and a kick ass party.
