EXACTLY! I was (as you will gather from the flaily rant) very much in a WTFF headspace - but it's a relief to gather that the files themselves aren't downloadable, and that nobody's uploading them.
That said, I too am thinking about including a little verbal watermark/disclaimer like that on the podfics, just to be on the safe side. Because stupid people can be stupid.
