Lovely, lovely reading of this subtle story. Your Italian pronunciation is particularly exquisite, and I thought your reading was evocative and clear...

Oh yay, I'm glad you liked it! I am actually ridiculously pleased with it myself. It was cool that there was both French, Italian and German in it. The only one of those languages that I actually speak is French (for a value of "speak" that means "I took it for six years in school but could probably barely get by in an actual French-speaking country"), but I enjoyed getting to try them all.

These stories seem as though they would be particularly challenging to untangle verbally and pace correctly, but you handled both in a way that made it seem fluid - so you should be pleased! Selfishly, I hope you decide to record more of this author's work, it's excellent...
