SPEAK UP
Friends! your lamecore mod has returned! gather around!
i bring to you tonight a wonderful idea - it's not mine, of course, it's the fabulous
![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
we want you,* all our fantabulous readers as well as any willing podfic enthusiast and passer-by listener, to produce a snippet of audio about 15 seconds long (or less, not more) recording your sincere thank yous and congratulations, so that we'll then be able to edit them all together in a chorus of applause destined to our winners. What say you? We aim to have at least, oh, 15 little morsels, but the sky's the limit here!
If you speak a foreign language, don't hesitate to include thank yous and felicitations in that or those other tongues. If you want to record your enthusiastic clapping, or some wolf-whistling, please leave some silence between the clapping and these other happy noises - it will make things easier to edit for us. I think I might look for fireworks tracks...
You have ten days to record a little vocal appreciation for our band of merry yet still anon winners and send the mp3 thus produced to our email address: audmod ~at~ gmail (dotcom).
Woohoo! Go podficcing geniuses go!
*(picture that old wartime poster here; fake beards suit me so well!)

I'm really curious, how many different languages we get together. I can add german to the mix and maybe Latin, if I find my old school books :).

But I come from Saxony-Anhalt and moved to NRW a while ago. I won´t speak in the Saxon dialect just to amuse others. I simply won´t and refuse to even think about it any further. *g*
How weird to write in English to other Germans...

For me fanfic = English, LJ = English -> I think I haven't visited a German LJ page ever ...

It´s true, all German speakers I know aroung here, keep their journals in English, it´s weird nonetheless to me. I can´t help it.
