It was enormous fun. I'd never attempted to 'do' a voice before, but I thought that story needed it - I'm not 100% satisfied with the results, but it's not bad for a first go :)

Your Housefic crossover is on my 'to listen' list at the moment - that's the only problem with doing recording. There's no time to listen!

Word! In the beginning I tried to keep up with the fics (I didn´t even take that much but House and two or three rarer fandoms were enough to amount loads of podfics) but I discovered it´s not so much fun when you race through it all.
I´ll definitely let you know what I think of it!

And I just listened to "It Pays to Be a Member" and couldn't stop smiling. It *is* a strange and very cool experience to hear your own fic read! I hadn't thought much until now about how tangly a lot of the sentences are in that fic. You did a wonderful job of orally untangling them! I love it. Thanks for recording that. :)

Oddly, I didn't find it that tangly, but then I think I sort of speak like that in real life, so it felt like very natural language to me. I have been known to strangle myself with my own syntax before now, so that's not a great surprise ;)
