hi everyone, kalakirya here! we're well into the homestretch, the end is in sight, but the competition is still going! You've got until it is no longer April anywhere in the world - check this clock to know when that is for you!

by my somewhat shaky count (collabs make adding up the precise number of podfics posted kinda tricky), we're a hair short of 500 podfics posted (currently ~490) and 300 hours (currently ~291) which is INCREDIBLE and SO VERY VERY EXCITING YOU GUYS WE CAN'T EVEN

however, we know that what you really want to know is where the standings are! so:

Since I am a nitpicker at heart; I'm pretty sure that was the amount of points I had around the 21st, after which I've posted at least a few podfics.

hey! I've rechecked the spreadsheet, and I think everything is on there up through Urban Legend. the only thing I can think of is that you might've missed your reader tag on a post, which a few people have done. how much is the point discrepancy?

Umm... I can't find any that I missed, and I think I have the numbers right in my spreadsheet (which is no guarantee of anything, of course). A week ago my points was at 5869 and our numbers seemed to match at that point. So after that my spreadsheet tells me I've posted:

you're exactly right! and also our spreadsheet was up-to-date. which was confusing as hell until I realized that the column where the totals live wasn't summing up all the columns - we'd only put in about 70 columns, assuming that no one would post more than that. You proved us wrong! but that meant that the total wasn't accurate >.> the funky column has been fixed, the totals are accurate, the standings are updated, and I'm sorry about the confusion! <3

Oooh, my insanity broke your spreadsheet. At least it wasn't my spreadsheet failing then (I was already double checking whether it was summing up things like it should). :)

Holy Cow! Tinypinkmouse is AMAZING!!! I scrolled through the list and did a rough estimate of her recording time posted (very rough) since 15 March, and came up with EIGHTY HOURS. That's about a third of everything posted, right? Serious kudos/respect/awe from my corner - I think she must have given up eating and sleeping for the duration! She deserves some kind of special award for her apparently Terminator-level devotion to this contest this year.

You go, girl! Again, I stand in awe...

Let's just admit that I might have gone and gotten a tiny bit obsessed.

If you want an accurate time my trusty spreadsheet tells me that currently I'm at 94hrs 50mins 20secs. Just a teensy little bit obsessed really. I was going to slack of for the last week, but then I realised that with a little bit more effort I'll have posted more podfic during amplificathon than all the podfic I've posted before it, so obviously there's no stopping now. <.
