I have to say I haven't seen a lot of TOS, but I just watched the new movie. Then I listened to this. Clearly I have to go and watch everything I missed out on. This was a great story, and made standing at a bus stop at nine pm in the cold after a thunderstorm waiting for the extremely slow bus to get there, if not a pleasant experience, a much less loathsom one. You've helped preserve my sanity, and for that I thank you deeply, also it's a great podfic!

And you should definitely check out TOS! There's a reason that Kirk and Spock were the original slash pairing. Plus, the whole thing was pretty awesome, if sometimes hilariously cracky. (Just, uh, keep in mind it was the sixties, okay?) This particular story was based off one episode called "Mirror, Mirror" from second season, and it was unfortunately never revisited in TOS but was revisited in Enterprise and Deep Space Nine (several times!), as well as several novelisations.
