I'm a bit confused as I don't know the fandoms. Is this a crossover? I notice the author posted the fandom as x/1999 only. Where does the Tokyo Babylon come in? Enquiring minds and all...

Oh, sorry it references events in Tokyo Babylon. Tokyo Babylon is the prequel series to X/1999
X/1999 is a larger epic story, Tokyo Babylon focuses on the two main characters of this fic, and the fic references their mutual past. I found this story through a Tokyo Babylon recs page so I figured I'd use them both.
