[podfic meta] podfic metadata (headers) in audio

I put together an informal and very amateur survey about how podfic creators and listeners feel about metadata in podfic audio, and will be collecting responses until around the end of the year, after which I'll (reap what I've sown) gather up the results to create a (very un)official summary and report (for curiosity only, not prescriptive).
